In reference to 2 calls made to your company on these dates: 04/05/2013 at 20:20 and 23/05/2013 at 12:10... I spoke to the above mentioned consultants, Claudia loaded debit order details incorrectly on the system and as a results without my authorization a debit order was submitted to my bank on the 20th of May which was not paid for and i had to pay bank charges for that... when i called in on the 23rd to bring this to your attention i spoke to Sithembile who said she will escalate the matter to a Supervisor who will listen to the call and get back to me but i must say i'm not surprised that to this very moment that no one has taken time to see to this matter... can somebody tell me where did you people get the address you have on my account... each time i call in i give a correct address but no 1 bothers to fix your error. Whats the use of security check!!! Claudia owes me bank charges and apology...
