Ster-Kineko
No vouchers at any cinema!

On Monday 8 July I went to Tygervalley Ster Kinekor to purchase 10 gift vouchers. After waiting in the queue for 15 minutes, I was helped by an employee. Only to be told that they only have 2 gift vouchers available as the manager is not there at present and he/she locked it in their desk draw!

On Tuesday I went to Cape Gate Ster KInekor to purchase the 8 vouchers. This time I was informed no Cinema has vouchers as they are all out of stock. I requested to speak to the manager. The manager then informed the consultant to inform me that I need to wait 30 minutes as she is busy with a cash up!

I find this service shocking!!!
