Why is it that every month there is either a service connection problem, billing enquiry etc that Top TV cannot handle, the customer service, whereby no one can help you. I've just been told that 2 months ago I had an outstanding amount of R57 that i'm only told about now and so my service has been disconnected for the rest of the month until i pay this amount. What bad service!!!
