Oh my word, I wish I had read up here before doing an online query. This morning I have just had a R399 debit taken from my account by Loan Locater. All I did was an online query and I didnt complete their application form forwarded to me. With great arrogance on calling the call centre I am told that by completing the only query I agreed to the R399 payment. Talk about taking advantage of people when they are in need. I am appalled that there are people who get away with thi s behaviour. It is totally disgusting an unethical!
