Its been 1 month and and over 5 hours of calls to resolve a simple issue but what do i get. we have escalated it or we have resolved it only to be embarrassed to find that the error is still there.

As if to rub it in more, i get a bill that is totally incorrect and am told to pay the bill. All i want is for my grand parents to watch dstv but i look the fool now. DSTV cant seem to deactivate a decoder that was previously on extra view and now its stuck on error waiting for communication.
i called in over ten times and the call centre agents either shout back at me or they simple hang up (Florence & Lizeka)

i already pay almost 1000 a month but at this rate i think i may as well reconsider as i feel reaped off and very embarassed.

I demand this issue be resolved immediately as i have exceeded my patience.

Really and you guys pride yourselves on service!!! This is pathetic to say the least.
