Idrifta STILL not working!!!

Since apple upgraded their operating system to 6.1, (a month ago!!!) my idrifta has not worked. I was informed that it would work on IOS 6. I purchased this device in order to watch super rugby while away from home. Super rugby is going into its 3rd week and its been 4 weeks since my idrifta has worked. I'm very disappointed in the customer service feedback from multichoice. Its very poor and skirts around a solution laying responsibility away from themselves. I'm aware that they are "working on the problem" but this response is unacceptable for an organisation of multichoices standing. Multichoice either needs to give some solid answers, solutions and dates to this problem or refund me for a device that does not work.

IOS has since been upgraded again to 6.1.2. Surely an entire month (and a month of complaints) is enough time for multichoice to sort this issue out.

Please do not respond with the standard "we are in the process of blah, blah, blah sorting this out soon"

Some concrete answers and a solution is required.
