Ring A Rose
Party Cancelled and deposit still not given back

I booked a party with Ring a rose in Cape Town as I reside in PE and needed to have my party in Cape Town. I paid the money in October 2013 the party was expected to be held on 15 December 2013 however they cancelled the party on the 4th December.
Up until today I have still not received my money back. I've been calling, smsing and emailing and they keep making empty promises. I first dealt with Lee (who apparently no longer works for the company) then Emma and Gavin and since recently Amanda and not one of the people have assisted me. They are unprofessional and they don't correspond as to what is happening. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please becareful they even a website.
