I don't have all channels, but i paid my subscription

I'm a Dstv compact subscriber, but dstv unsubscriber most of my channels (main channels) with-out a reason. I'v send them a message about my problem today at around 17H00 Pm, even now (19H24) we can't watch tv, but we paid for the SERVICE.

This is the worse service ever from multichoice south africa, you are paying for nothing, and no one care for respond or explanation.
