PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Paying for nothing

I have called the toptv contact centre more than once, 1st in october to adv that i would like to suspend the service where the agent advised me that i would not be billed from November onwards. In November i noticed that i was billed so i called again and advised the consulted that i did call in october to cancel she abruptly and insistantly told me that i didnt call in. I insistd on speaking to a team leader who advised that he will trace the call and get back to me also my acc info will be removed from the system. The funds removed where to be credited to my acc. Yet again in december i was billed for services that im not using. I received no response from the supervisor as promised. Even speaking to a higher level does not help. Pathetic and unprofessional service that i received reminds me why i chosed to move to multichoice.
