I've been robbed!!!

I had 3 cellphone insurances on my account, i went into the Markhams store and cancelled all 3 insurances in the month of Feb 2013. I went back ending of Feb (as i was still billed) and still the insurances were not cancelled as per my request. I went back in March (as i was still billed) to follow-up and they then checked and advised that they will be cancelling it. I went back in April as my i was STILL being billed, i then spoke to the store manager and was advised she will follow-up and call me back. She called back and advised the insurances were indeed cancelled and the 3 months billing will be refunded back to my account. I then received an sms from foschini saying that my account was in arrears of /-R680, i then called the store manager and advised i will only be making a payment of R500 as i have cancelled my insurances and she said it was no problem. To my dismay i was then placed on ITC as a non-payer. I phoned foschini's call centre 0860576576 and then spoke to Erhard, he then advised i'll be removed from ITC and my account will be sorted out this was two weeks ago and till this day he has not came back to me even after i mailed him more than 2X. This is pathetic
