Spoke to call centre to re connect services as i was away on holiday and was advised of the amount to pay for all to be in order. 4 days in a row My services have been disconnected as they could not find my payment.

after numerous calls I was advise today to pay a reconnection fee this is ridiculous as i was not advised of this orginally their service is pathetic --- considering cancelling subscription
