Yesterday 06/01/2014 at about 20h30 I called your call centre and I spoke to a lady requesting assistance with an error message.
She asked all the security questions which I answered and as she was about to activate my services, I notified her that I might get cut of as my phone beeped that my airtime was nearing depletion.
Her response to that was quite sarcastic and she then muted her phone keypad and I had dead air on my side until I hung up (I know this practice as I have contact centre experience). I had to call back and I felt that her behavior was totally uncalled for and rude to say the least. Your calls are recorded, I have supplied my cell phone number that I used to call in with. I ask that someone look into this matter and ensure that such is prevented in the future.
