Freezing images but no answers

Ever since December all I have is freezing images on all channels, why am I wasting money on this useless product, surely this falls under consumer protection act for failure of supply for goods paid for? Or supply of defective goods? I called the helpline and got no help, no answers only apologies, Pay for a months subscription and get garbage. Pathetic!!
