Images freezing

My new years wish is that starsat start getting their channels correct, some programs still do not tell us what the program name is. THE MOST IRRETATING PART OF STARSAT is ever since they took over top tv when you watch programs the images freeze. this is so annoying. take today, today is new years and i want to watch the music channel but the music video freezes whiles the song is still carrying on. so not impressed.

SORRY BUT WE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH TOP TV
