Useless fride

I've purchased a refridgerator from the store on the 27th of december 2012 for a amount of R14999 and ever since purchasing the product i have expierencing numerous problems with it mainly the freezer it has been over freezing the goods we checked the setting and its perfect but its still over freezing whats inside i have lost out on goods over 3000 rands worth because when we defrosting the goods it terrible i have called the store for help about 8 times and im sick and tired of them i called the store on friday and the manager named pradeep spoke to me and promised me some joy but no one came to my house regarding this i sincerely regret purchasing a item from game i would never again purchase a item from that terrible store DISGUSTED
