Hi my name is P Naicker and I had a top tv decoder installed by Ctv on the 20/07/2013.The installation team arrived on my premises 5 hours late, which was at about 6pm. The team were not impressed working that late and left my place without comleting the connection. They later called 2 ask if it was connected, and it was. They should have connctect me before leaving so as to explain everything to me. I found that very unprofessional service. I thereafter started expearencing picture loss even when there was a breeze and trie calling Ctv and and there was no answer. A few months passed and I finally got through and the person I spoke to told me that the three months gaurentee was over and I would have 2 pay for them to rectify the problem. I explained myself to him and he said that I must take it up with top tv. I called them on numerous occasions and had appologies and promises that someone will contact me, and no one did. It costs me R20 to R30 per call and the won't even call me back. I live in Pinetown, Kzn and toptv 's office are in Jhb and I am frustrated calling their call centre and to no avail. I pay 4 the full package and since December 2013, I only can view a few channels. Need help
