2 X PROJECTORS OUT OF ORDER FOR THE WHOLE OF DEC!

It seems that I am the only one who complains about the current state of the cinema at Maerua Mall in Windhoek. And up to now, I did not yet get any response for my previous compliant in November.
For the whole of December, 2 of the projectors in the 5 theatre cinema were out of order. We missed alot of movies, because they are removed from circuit before even playing. The poor staff working behind the counters have no idea what is wrong, nor when it will be fixed / resolved.
POOR SERVICE ON THE PART OF STER KINEKOR!!!
