I have been debited 6 times by "teletop"in the last 3 months. I contacted Stratcol who gave me a snotty response, this that they debit millions of accounts each month... blah blah blah. To ad nauseum... They gave me the contact details of teletop in KZN whom I then contacted. They promised to remove my name from their database and refund my money which was wrongfully deducted by today, 10 July 2013. Guess what, no money in the account and Teletop's phone numbers all of a sudden do not exist anymore. My question is this, does Stratcol not screen any partners they may venture into business with or do they at a whim decide to deduct money, as they please and without consent from anyone's account, this not knowing if the information they have is correct or verifying it first. I am considering opening a case at the police regarding this matter, this as it is tantamount to.
