Im so dissappointed for the appauling service received from one of your call centre agent by the name of Nonhlanhla, call made at 14:41 on 02/02/13, she had to fight with me as she was not able to provide proper answer to the question asked, the lady has to learn to deal with her attitude and if she feels shes unable to give feedback to customers, lodge the complaint to relevant dept to call back client or ask her superior to intervene.
Im paying for two dstv accounts which im paying for, the other one im told its cut of date was the 27 of which since re activation last year, and my other account cut of date is 7th of each month, my question was what guarantee do i have that if i activate the debit order for the 1st of every month, i will avoid disconnection, which was simple as asking that can the disconnection date be changed to the 7th as the other account as im paid at the end of month & cant keep on paying R50 to connect something that can be rectified, systems are operated by humans, Nonhlanhla kept on fighting and insisting that disconnections are done by system, and nothing can be done.my question is who will be paying for the connection fees, DSTV is ripping us off.
