Paid on time, yet no service

I paid my subscription on time Thursday, 26 December and yet I can not access any channels, except SABC 1, 2, 3 and e-tv. If I wanted to watch those channels I wouldn't have paid for viewing the other channels. The service is appalling! When I phone the call centre, I have to wait at least 3 minutes listening to the same lame explanation with regards to a blank screen, before it eventually goes through to an "agent" who tells me I have to wait 48 hours. What??!!! I already paid you! I, as I am sure many will, will cancel my subscription with immediate effect and go to DSTV, at least they don't give false advertising and poor service! Can you honestly afford to loose your client base, really???
