Movie channels removed but not replaced

On the 31st of December 2012, Star, Showtime and Silver movie channels were removed from Top TV.
But did you make a plan to replace these with other movie channels? NO. You still have the cheek to charge the same subscription fee for 3 channels less.
All you cough up for us to watch on the remaining movie channels is REPEATS, REPEATS, REPEATS AND MORE REPEATS.
If I see one more repeat of cake boss on TLC I will scream, these episodes have been repeated and repeated for the last 2 years. Do you think we are stupid? All we pay for on Top TV is REPEATS AND NOTHING ELSE.
We have asked about Dual and get stupid replies, " We are only 1 year old we will look into it, but if someone in your home wants to watch another channel then you must buy another decoder and pay 2 subscription fees.. What a cheek!!! another thing you are not only 1 year old anymore. Your services STINKS you make people pay for REPEATS and nothing else.
You have the cheek to put a envelope on the top of the tv screen on the 19th of the month to remind people to pay you. I forgot what about Top Tv pay as you go, what a laugh, scared that you won't get paid?
