Yesterday my MNET decoder was flashing '3' when I canged to CSN channel. But the MNET channel was fine. It seems the person that handles the switch on when the special broadcast did not do so @ 1pm which is usually done on weekdays.@ 9pm phoned the call centre spoke to Karabo, explained problem, she told me she will transfer me to Technical. But I was transferred to Mobile, Spoke to Lwazi who tried to assist. He said that the call should hve went to technical but he will try. When he failed & insisted there is a special broadast I referred him to the website to show what programming should be on. I requested that his supervisor to phone me. Requested ref no. given 1490799730. Approx 9:35pm no one phoned me I had to call again spoke to Johannes who told me the call centre is not busy and will call his team leader Jabulani, who then told him to take a message. After a while Jabulani phoned him explained the proble to him. He told me he sent an email but will follow-up thru & will cal me before he leaves @ 11pm. As yet he has not contacted me. Staff insist re: special broadcast but this was not the case. I have been inconvenienced as I could not watch CSN last night. I pay my subs
