Ad service, breach of contract

Been trying 2 contact call centre since friday the 20th of December 2013, no such luck as its only voicemail as response, I subscribed for a full package with an additional indian and for the last 4 days all I can view is sabc and fox. Frustrating, this is pathetic service!
