Fully package paid for bt not received

I have been trying 2 make contact the starsat call centre since 20122013 and R200 of airtime later and all I heard is a voicemail msge re a black screen, I subscribe and paid for a full package with an additional indian package for more than 2 years bt now I can't watch anything except sabc channels and fox. I might as well just join dstv. I tried call several times of the day and even tried all the different departments bt the same message over and over. I emailed them no response.
