Issues since 5 December 2013
1.On registration they activated the wrong package, spent an hour on the phone getting the right pack loaded.
2, made payment for the package i requested and sent POP, even received a call back stating they received it, but channels didn't work
3.Several channels received with errors-signal errors, stuttered sound and picture, subscription error, i spoke to 4 different consultants in 2 days. Did the same troubleshooting. Was then told to wait and they'll call back. never received it
4. Tuesday 9 December - spent an hour on hold with their cc. eventually called the installer, he advised that it could be a hardware fault and will send his guys when the're free.
5. it is now 19 Dec, i have been given the run around by both Starsat and RPL installers. the installer got to my place, "fixed" their bit only to find out that my accounts disabled. i spoke to the accounts department and they insist payment was made to the incorrect account (that they provided) and they need a few days to resolve.

the installer left my place saying they have other customers. The account dept manager was meant to call back 10 minutes ago. 2 weeks and nothings working properly!!!
