Terrible Service

During my stay (since 15/12/2013) I have experienced several instances of poor service. The barman at the Vacation Club has been particularly slow as well as rude (I think he might be the manager), the bar and waiting staff in general have been unhelpful with a few exceptions (Kagiso at the Valley of Waves was lovely and provided excellent service). The most frustrating incident however was when a shuttle from the Cabanas hotel to the Shebeen was called at 21:25 and only arrived at 21:50. It is less than a kilometre away. I would have walked if not for the rain. I had planned to watch the football match which began at 21:45 but I missed the beginning. I very disappointed with the overall experience I am having. As a Platinum MVG member who frequents this resort and casino, I feel that it is not unfair to expect a higher standard of service. I will also note that it is an annoyance to myself and I'm sure many others that there is a blanket ban on hubbly bubbly (hookah pipe). I used to spend many hours drinking cocktails and smoking at the pools but I have been stripped of this luxury I understand limitations but tjere is literally nowhere to go without facing consequence.
