Not delivered

On the 30th November 2013 i paid for my HD decoder, and after 3 weeks of no delivery i decided to phone and find out whats going on. to my shock they told my that they haven't even picked up my payment even after i sent through a proof of payment. then after sorting the payment issue out they tell me that the delivery department will contact me with in 24h. after 24 hours of no response about my delivery i phoned back where they just keep transferring me to a different person. After the 3rd person i spoke to, she tells me that they are battling with stock. why didn't you tell me that before i paid instead of saying it will be delivered with in 7 working days???

Its simple, supply me my decoder of give my money back!
