Analyse me before you help me

Everytime I go to the State Theatre to book tickets, they look from head to toe before they even greet - I feel like I'm committing a crime everytime I go there! Last week Friday I went to check if the parking tickets for the African Cup Of Nations were on sale - I stood there for like 10 minutes because the lady was only too happy to help 2 guys asking about tickets to Durban, tickets to Cape Town, tickets to Durban again, then they just walked away?!?! When she helped me and I asked if the tickets for the Nations Cup was on sale, she's like "what" then she's like "orrr Afcon". Tickets weren't on sale, she gave me a number to call, when I did, they didn't even know when it went on sale! Today at the State Theatre (it's the closest), I asked for the parking ticket, the other lady wearing purple with no name tags is like which one, so I said the one for National Stadium Parking, then she starts arguing that they are all National Stadium - so when I point to the screen, she's like I won't be able to see it - because she's too lazy to lean forward and tilt the screen! All the others read FNB, only 1 read National Stadium, whats the problem - they don't have clue, pathetic!
