New Owner same lousy service

I am basically a new subscriber, i descided to subscribe to their new full package that was launched this month. Before i paid the subs. I called their call centre on 11 December 2013, where the consultant gave me the bank account details to deposit the money into. I made the deposit on the 11th December 2013 direct deposit into their Standard Bank account. I waited for two days for the service to be activated, nothing happened. I called the call centre and emailed deposit slip. No feedback. I called again, still no success. Emailed deposit slip again on 13 December. Received a call on Saturday from Starsat accounts to say that they see a payment that was made but, into their decoder account... apparently they have two accounts... this was not told to me when i called for the account details, i explained that it was for the subs. As it was Saturday, they could only rectify on Tuesday as Monday 16thDec. Was a holiday. The consultant did not even phone as a result of my query, she was doing a routine accounts query. Tuesday evening still no activation. Phoned call centre again... guess what no record of emails and query. Totaly lost it... what a useless bunch. Wasted over R120 on calls
