I have tried to no avail to get my message through - In December I had failed downloads of films from Box office that were corrected and refunded within a few days, January I experienced the same issue - now after a 100 logged calls and 2-3 weeks later I still cannot get my money back, DSTV either tells me My January films were refunded in "December" of they tell me that my movies show successful on their computers, meaning I'm talking, so DSTV these three films "DID NOT WORK SUCCESSFUL" and if you look at all my logged calls and conclude the times that when these films were rented - and failed - I logged boxoffice calls within 20 minutes, now you say that I should do it within 48 hours or its tough titty, what do you think I done. To everyone out there DSTV BOXOFFICE IS A FAILED SYSTEM, THEY DO NOT ADMIT IT, THEY BLATANTLY SAY IT'S THE USERS SYSTEMS, SIGNALS AND ERRORS, DTSV Is NOT LIABLE FOR NOTHING!!! (HERE IS SOME ADVICE - DO NOT USE BOXOFFICE, IT'S A FAULTY USELESS SYSTEM, YOU GET TO WATCH 2 OUT OF THREE MOVIES YOU PAY FOR, AND THEN DSTV MAKES IT A NIGHTMARE TO BE REFUNDED.
