Good day
I purchased a HD Decoder R599 4 months ago. I have been calling StarSat for the past 4 months trying to get an installer to install the dish. Either I am given the phone of an installer who does not work in my area or the installer does not reply / answer their phones. I have called StarSat countless times and every time the same thing happens. I then ask to speak to one of the team leaders. The team leader promised to help me resolve this matter BUT here I am and still waiting.
Your customer service is pathetic
Your consults are who gave me the incorrect contact details OVER and OVER
I would like a refund on my decoder because clearly your service

I would rather get DSTV and pay triple the amount than to deal with these incompetent StarSat staff
