Promises aren't kept!!!

I went in to the Randburg Customer Services Centre on Thursday last week, 5th December and asked to speak to a manager in the Call Centre as I had several queries that were fairly complicated. Shelley took me to an office where we went through my account and she explained things and it was great. I asked her to send me screen shots of my account because the way it is displayed on her system is much clearer than the way I see it on a statement. She had my email address there and said that she would be sending them to me there and then, as I left the office. I returned to work on Friday, to find no email (s) from Shelley. To date I haven't received anything. I phoned Randburg and it took a while to explain to the Call Centre Agent that I was looking for Shelley, not Shirley. She kept me holding for ages, then said she'd put me through to 'someone else' but couldn't give me a name. Hung on for too long and decided it would be quicker to get a response through Hello Peter. Please could Shelley let me know why she hasn't sent through to me what she promised she would do on Thursday at about 10am. Many thanks, Felicity
