Useless Shelley Centre "Pharmacist"

In December, whilst on holiday on the South Coast, my mum went to collect the chronic medication for my baby and herself. A white gentlement (no name badge) known as the pharmacist assisted. He looked up our details using our clicks club card number - informs my mum that he cannot see the profile. My mum calls me to inform me of this - i told her she should get him to call the clicks that we regularly visit back home - he totally refused. my mum called me back and i duly called our regular clicks - explained the situation - this gentlemen duly agreed to call this "pharmacist" from Shelley Centre - faxed all the information that was required. He informs my mum that he does not understand what the fax means and that they dont know their jobs. He cant help her because he could be giving her meds not meant for her and he could get fired or fined R25000. That her request is illegal!!! What! Maybe he is overdosing on the meds in the store! She was sent home with no meds and no assistance. He was totally rude and most unhelpful and did not give a that someone would be going without their meds. i think his behaviour is disgusting!! May he receive the same service in an emergency!!
