Poor service from Shelley, call centre agent

I reveived a call from Shelley, a call centre agent at wonga after i left a message for Wonga to contact me. I asked Shelly to assist me with my sons account as he was not available, and would not be available for a while and i wanted to assist in paying off his debt. Shelley refused to entertain me or the idea of me paying off my son's debt. i then asked her for her manager's name and telephone number which she refused to give me as it was "against company policy". Then what is the purpose of her manager? I'm sure the manager is there to assist people like me when "factory workers" like Shelley dont have sufficient knowledge or simply just refuse to assist. Shelley"s poor attitude to clients needs to be urgently addressed. [URL Removed] "Flexible, short-term loans that give you lots of control" should actually be changed to [URL Removed] "flexible short term exorbitantly high intrest rate loans that keep you in debt and us in control"
because i feel that your company is a rip off preying on poor people.
