Shelley underwear falling apart after week

Good day

I have bought a few pairs of shelley boy-leg 5 pack underwear. After only one or two washes the elastic starts pulling apart and you get holes along the seams? This is really unacceptable for a product to be doing this? Why are all the underwear of such bad quality?
