WORST SERVICE EVER!

Since the 25th of March 2013, my mother has been trying to change the regular drivers of her vehicle to myself and my husband. We DO NOT answer UNKNOWN NUMBERS and have communicated such on reply to all the emails sent. 1st for Women advised us to phone in. I did and after 10 minutes hang up due to costs being deducted from my call account. I replied again to the emails stating that I cannot afford to hold so long, they have to phone me back. This morning I received an email again stating that my phone goes straight to voicemail. My phone is on and in working condition! I phoned back and was put through to 4 different people when the lady from the web assistance answered? I explained the situation and she looked up the policy number and said she will direct me to the right department (person nr 5). I spoke to a lady in training, which asked me security questions on my mothers' profile only she can answer (she is overseas until the 26th of April). After a lot of holding and holding my tounge, I was told that I am not the regular driver, but my husband is and he needs to phone in!!! I said no, they have to phone him because he can't hold the line for 20min.
