I am convinced that Multichoice has a commission arrangement with all the phone networks to keep the client's on the line as long as possible, it is cheaper for me to drive from Milnerton to N1 city and correct on going issues. Now the problem is that we have moved to Franschoek. Two E16 errors in one week and spending a min of 30 min on the phone listening to. I eventually put the phone down.

With the billions that multichoice makes surely they can improve the call centre and the waiting time, you claim to deliver world class service, well if this is what you call world class then you need to go back to the drawing board.

This pity there is no competition I would leave in a heart beat
