On 28 Nov you deducted R150 from my account via debit order. No other debit order was submitted, for reasons I cannot understand or explain. Today my account was suspended, and over 60 minutes of MY time & money wasted on calls, all I get told is that you cannot assist me. Apparantly your "system" shows my debit order was returned unpaid!? I strongly disputed this & asked for assistance from a manager with authority, but then your "supervisor" Tsepho decides to cut the call. Of course no-one calls back, that would be too much to ask, with ALL my information on system. When I called (a 4th time) your IVR syas that I have R64 outstanding! Your service disgusts, angers and frustrates me, your paying, dedicated customer, like no other "service provider" I've ever had tto deal with! I have been a loyal, PAYING subscriber for over 8 years, and I have NEVER defaulted on a single payment... And you then have the audacity to charge me for a reconnection fee as well? I will be in contact with my bank tomorrow, requesting written proof that you failed to deduct your premium, and I will be sending this, along with my bank statement, to your cancellation department. You don't need my R700 p/m
