Not attending to installation request

After moving house the call centre was contacted three times in three weeks requesting assistance with setting up the dish. I was told that an sms would be sent to me with installer details for assitance. It is almost three weeks from the first call and I am still awaiting a response and assistance.
However I am still liable to pay the monthly subscription although I cannot view anything due to your poor service.
