Multichoice
Down grade yet still charged for priemier service

I calleed multi choice to downgrade my DSTV service yet multichoice still debits me for the priemier rate and when i called i am told it will be credited and not reversed.
if i dont pay my account i cet cut off and have to pay a reconnection fee yet if multchoice make a mistake i am expected to accept an appoligy and accept a credit on my account .since when does multichoice get to decide how i want to spend my monnies.
