No response after hours of holding on

I have had an issue with the extra view for a couple of days and have had no response from multi choice after holding on for over an hour and a half. I am still to at least receive a call back as yesterday I spoke to a consultant who told me to call back today. 3 calls later and still nothing. My problem is yet to be resolved and I'm yet to speak to a consultant. I would officially therefore like to cancel my subscription, but your online won't let me do that either.
