Can I speak to a consultant or machine?

I've received a sms saying I've been handed over to the credit burea for not paying an account for extra days viewed. The lady who phoned me couldn't tell me when this happened, so she said she will get back to me... I'm still waiting... What I can't understand is that I paid my subscription and then I moved, so I didn't renew my subscription, so they cut it off. That is the normal way and then when you want to reconnect you can just pay R50 reconnection fee and your subscription, so if there were extra days viewed, which is not the case, it is their fault, cause they should have cut it off. Now, this is not the problem... I want to call them now and find out what is going on, but I have to speak to a machine and not a consultant and when I wanted to log on to my online account to figure out what is going on, I could not log in, because there is something wrong with their website. So I don't know what to do to get this problem fixed and to figure out if I really owe them money. I don't want to get blacklisted.
