Incorrect movie rented

On sunday the 1st of september my fiance and i decided to rent iron man 3, as we regularly rent about 4 movies a month, but this time we rented and in came the wrong movie, so i thought id phone box office, the man was not helpfull at all until i told him i was unhappy, he said he would escalate it and get someone to phone me back within the next few minutes, it is now wednesday the 4th of spetmber and to date no one has phoned me, this is terrible service, if you tell a client you will give feedback stick to yoru word, i feel as tho i have been robbed and my value to the DSTV name is worthless,

DSTV box office get your act together and stick to your policies and procedures and help clients out rather than just making money for yourslef
