DSTV PVR Decoder - Endless Problems

I purchased my HD PVR decoder last year. I never should have. Ever since we bought it, we've had endless problems. Our TV is throwing so many blanks we cannot even watch anything without it jumping and throwing a blank screen all the time.
I am so sick and tired of this. I do not have the petrol money to drive out to DSTV to change it "ONCE AGAIN". I am very very angry. I wish I never got rid of our old PVR. We never had any problems with it. The way I feel now, DSTV can keep their HD for all I care. I want the old PVR back!!! I am so disappointed. My friend and I bought the 2 HD decoders at the same place on the same day and she doesn't have any problem with hers!!!
