Terrible service t ster kineko

My girlfriend &I went to the movies last night. As we got to the ticket office there was no one behind the counter &we had to wait. Eventually we got the attention of an employee walking the area. My girlfriend needed a new movie club card as hers expired so we enquiried about this. The lady answered saying she doesn't know how to do it or how much It is. She didn't even attempt in asking a manager or someone who knew. We asked her then to call someone else. We then got the managers attention who then made us wait for another employee to help us. After 15 minutes of waiting the slow employee tried to activate the card& didn't know how. We had to wait once again&then got directed to another employee down at the lower level kiosk of the cinemas. She as well didn't know what she was doing &called someone else.By the time it was all sorted we had already missed 15 minutes of the movie. This is terrible service&we were appalled by the lack of efficiency from all the employees. Half way through the movie we decided to get some more popcorn but no one was behind any of the counters. We walked around looking for someone & 1 of them saw us & quickly turned around to the back. This is disgusting
