Dstv account payment quarry

Paid my account in cash at Standardbank Northmead Square on 17October2013. Subsequently I have been receiving massages on my tv to pay this account or have my subscription cancelled. I have emailed proof of payment and spoken to their accounts department to no avail. Please could I get somebody to help me without me and fix my account. I have been a client for more than 20 years and dont need to be treated like this
