Error Code E-01

My HD decorder is giving me a error code E-01, I cannot watch DSTV on demand or use any of the PVR features.. Ive been calling the callcentre in the past few weeks and all i get is that they will send a singal and it should start working in the next 48hours well that never happens..

Another issue is why is it that all these compact subscibers are able to get full view for the entire weekend while we are paying for this service, rather reimbuse us for he time compact viewers watch full view..
