Continuous pathetic support - alarming

I booked into the cabanas and paid the amount before the stipulated time and faxed to the number requested and then again emailed after numerous follow ups with personnels that transferred me from one to another without any joy. Seems as though the incompetence just continues.

Now I get an email stating that the reservation is cancelled due to non payment. This is one of the most frustrating weeks that i have had dealing with such professionalism and incompetence.

I am frustrated, annoyed and in disbelief to something that should have been handled far better than this.
