Amended and then cancelled reservation

O I made a booking for a few treatments during December 2012 for our anniversary on 28 February 2013 which I KNOW was well in advance.
o During January 2013, a lady working at Sorbet phoned me and asked me to move my reservation to earlier that day as they did not have enough therapists/ time. She passed the buck to the lady who made the reservation. Although I was annoyed, I adjusted the time but was happy that it was still on.
o The day before the reservation (27 February 2013) another lady from Sorbet phoned me (again passing the buck to the lady who made the reservation) and asked me to move our treatments to a whole other day as Sorbet was having a Stock Take and was not be able to go through with our reservation. She didn't seem too phased yet tried to convince me to make another reservation.
o As Sorbet did not cancel earlier when I could have make other plans, I was turned down by EVERY single spa that I phoned, as they were already fully booked on 28 February.

I was left empty handed on our anniversary although my planning/ booking was already done the previous year!
I will not be using their services EVER and will not recommend Sorbet to anybody.
