I made an enquiry regarding for a chalet for a specific continuous period of 9 nights. I was sent a quotation for the chalet which was acceptable and was required to make deposit payment within 7 days to confirm. I then went on to enter my relevant sporting events for that period which included Knysna MTB, Road and Marathon races respectively with the intention of staying at Pine Lake resort for the duration of my stay. I then receive a voicemail to say that my reservation has been cancelled due to a system error and the dates quoted cannot be accommodated. I am informed upon returning the call that I my reservation can no longer be honoured and I need to choose different dates. Being desperate after entering my events, I requested them to assist me arrange other chalets even if it means me moving around. After a couple of weeks of back and forth, them not following up with me as they promise, they eventually send me a quote which requires me to move around 3 times for the duration of my stay in 1slightly larger unit and still want to charge me full price even though all the reservation mess ups occurred on their side and are not willing to accept responsibility to even help me out
